Mr. Rajesh Sakharkar, leading Partner of M/s. Varad Realtors is Civil Engineer by profession and for the past 32 years, he is involved with deep knowledge of construction technology and created a reputation in quality construction.

Mr. Sakharkar, through M/s. Pyramid Construction started with land acquisition activities for large housing complexes.  Godrej Park and Godrej Hills in Kalyan west are some renowned housing complexes for which M/s. Pyramid Constructions extended their expertise on behalf of M/s. D M Dalvi and Associates. Simultaneously M/s. Pyramid Constructions were engaged in the construction of bungalows and interior works too.

Under the flagship of M/s. Profile Construction Service, Mr Sakharkar commenced industrial construction activities for companies like National Rayon Corporation, National Peroxide, PRAX-AIR, INDUS, etc.  Later Mr Sakharkar formed M/s. Vastu Sankalp Developers through which he started residential development projects at Gholap Nagar, Kalyan which were multi-storied residential buildings.  M/s. Vastu Sankalp Developers also constructed large housing complexes at New Prakash Tower - Kalyan, Radhe Apartment - Karnik Road, Kalyan and Punyoday Park - Adharwadi, Kalyan.  A mass housing complex on properties of M/s. British Oxygen Company, Airoli, Navi Mumbai was constructed by M/s. Vastu Sankalp Developers.
